threads Magazine

Threads Magazine is the premiere publication for high-level sewing enthusiasts and DIY fashion experts. During my time as the Threads Art Director, my role was to envision and execute the visual design and layout for each issue. My role required the conceptualization, organization, and direction of all graphic design, photography, and illustration. I was responsible for delivering a cohesive brand identity and communicative style that supported the overall Threads' editorial mission.

I've created various content marketing projects including brand identity design, pitch decks, interactive digital white papers, media kits, and one sheets for diverse clients.Some designs are specialized for television concept development. I've crafted logos and pitch materials that were taken to major networks and production companies such as Lifetime, HGTV, A&E, Roku, Netflix, William Morris Endeavor, Truly Original, Hearst Media, Wheelhouse Entertainment, and Butternut Productions.

What designer doesn't love a good logo or compelling typography? In my opinion, they are the most important piece of the puzzle for the foundation in which a brand identity or design are built on. Custom
typography

Didica is a custom font design I created. It's a display typeface that is a mix of three different well known fonts to create an art deco inspired look and feel. The three mixed fonts are Code, Helvetica, and Didot.
